Darryl started his career as a Quantity Surveyor and has worked extensively in the construction, facilities, workplace management and support services sector for more than 25 years. He has held a variety of senior operational, business transformation and commercial positions for several industry leading organisations, including Amey, ISS and Engie, with a proven ability to build and develop positive and engaging relationships at all levels within organisations. With a Masters degree in Facilities Management and Project Management, he has significant demonstrable experience of successful business transformation and change, driving sustainable field-based productivity and customer experience improvements as well as introducing insight driven capabilities that aid client engagement, customer experience and provide quantifiable benefits to all stakeholders. He has the ability to use his professional skills to build and lead high performing teams, innovate process and develop solutions that support and enhance customer delivery in support of their own purpose.
