She developed her people and technical skills leading projects throughout her 15 years’ experience, in end to end buying and merchandise planning for Tesco, Pets at Home and Per-scent. She has been involved in the implementation SAP, Navision, SharePoint and forecasting software.

Jenny studied a masters in Human Resource Management early on in her career and used the theory to help achieve corporate social responsibility and high performing teams. Using an experienced blend of people and data insights, Jenny bridges the gaps between senior leadership, system processes and people dynamics by targeting data and communication skills to advance business performance.
