Founding TCC Group (2000) and Recordsure (2013), she introduced a unique combination of regulatory expertise and ground-breaking technologies to solve the financial services sector’s biggest challenge: how to manage risk and compliance – while delivering better customer outcomes at scale.  Along side her roles as Chair of TCC and RS she is also Chair of Axentia and A2O Manufacturing. Joanne loves investing in innovative businesses and is particularly passionate about investing in female founded businesses as access to investment in these businesses is typically very low compared to other businesses.
