Rachel is a HR and Transformation specialist. She is an established HR Director, holding the qualifications and experience leading to her MCIPD status. Rachel has over 20 years HR experience across a wide ranging of sectors, and spent over a decade in FMCG manufacturing, focused on profitable growth. The last five years she has user her experience to deliver support to SME’s who don’t have the need for a permanent head.
Rachel has a passion for employee engagement and cultural transformation, and has a breadth of experience delivering at both a strategic and operational level and very much likes to be ‘hands on’ with everyone that she partners with. Rachel immerses herself into the detail of an operation, and the people who drive it, which in turn enables her to algin realistic HR strategy with wider objectives.
Rachel has extensive experience navigating employment law to creatively solve problems and minimise any impact on operations.
Rachel also has wide-ranging experience with HR technology and the powerful impact that it can have on an organisation, driving user experience and engagement as well as efficiency – giving managers more time to focus on developing their people.
