An engineering graduate and MBA holder, Simon has 25 years of business experience across blue chip FMCG companies including Pepsico, Warburtons and Morrisons and latterly, businesses in the life sciences sector.

Simon has a breadth of operational expertise across engineering, production, logistics, technical and finance functions, with people leadership the common theme throughout. Leading the build and start-up of a number of large factories at operations director level, Simon has been accountable for multiple production and distribution facilities. Leading change has been a constant activity during Simon’s career; he adds structure, ownership and governance whilst ensuring the impact on the people within the organisation is always a primary consideration.

Simon’s in-depth operational knowledge, experience within the commercial and retail sectors, together with the time he’s spent leading finance departments, provides him with a well-rounded approach to business, large or small.
